This farm of 111 hectares is tucked away in the mountains southwest of the hamlet of Tonteldoos. The farm offers 4 hectares of oaks saplings, inoculated with truffle spores and now in their third year of growth, with the expectation that they will yield in four years time. In previous years 4,5 hectares of Cannabinoid hemp was planted, with the necessary licenses in place, so that opportunity is still available. It equally offers a wonderful environment for the outdoor enthusiast to do mountain biking, fishing, birdwatching, or hiking.
LOCATION:
Approximately 27km from Dullstroom, with 22km on the Tonteldoos gravel road, 3km on the Laersdrift gravel road and 2km on a servitude road to the entrance of this property. The trip from Dullstroom will take you approximately 50 minutes.
Access via high rise vehicles are essential, but 4 x 4 vehicles are highly recommended, as the farm road descends into a valley and can get muddy at times. The farmhouse is basic but very sound, with thick walls and a thatch roof.

The cannabinoid license is valid until July 2025. The cannabis is fed with the necessary fertilizers through drip irrigation infrastructure. 3 x 10,000 litre tanks are used for this purpose;
- Further 2 x 5,000 litre tanks for storing nutrient fertilizers;
- 6 x solar panels on steel structure that powers the irrigation pumps, with lithium batteries used as a backup;
- No pesticides, herbicides or chemicals used in truffle orchard ,- totally organic.


WATER:

- Borehole with an electric pump feeds water to a 5000 lt storage tank, used to supply both the farmhouse and the manager,'s house;
- Five dams. Some of the dams need to be cleared of reeds;
- An additional small dam is used for irrigation;
- 1 x reservoir. EXTRAS:

- There are two title deeds;
- 11-strand wire fencing around both the hemp and oak fields;
- Vehicles that are included in the price: Ford 3000 tractor, slasher, rotavator, skoffel, auger, lime spreader and kudu lawn mower;
