The estate is located only 10kms from the town of Dullstroom and internal roads are all tarred for easy access. Alternatively, private aircrafts can land on the Estate airstrip. Access is controlled by 24-hour security at the boomed entrance gate.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

- The two ground floor bedrooms have access to the garden, through double doors and upstairs bedrooms’ open onto a balcony.

Share Holder Details:
- Each week runs from a Thursday through to the following Tuesday. Wednesdays are used for weekly lodge keeping, cleaning and maintenance. Occupation late on a Wednesday will be permitted by prior arrangement;
- Each calendar year is split into 6 cycles of two months each. A shareholder is only entitled to 1 week’s usage per cycle. (Details of allocation for this year is available on a separate document);
- If a shareholder is unable to take up a weekend, only immediate family members are allowed to take up the option. The main member remains responsible. Rental of the house is not allowed under any circumstances. Weekend swops are made from time to time between members;
- The shareholding in the company is limited to 8 equal shares. Each shareholder is entitled to 6 weeks usage of the lodge per annum. The remaining four weeks are used for repairs and maintenance;
- The monthly levy, is paid in equal shares by all shareholders, is inclusive of all the costs incurred in running the house – the Estate levy, the rates, the cleaning lady, garden service once a week, insurance and maintenance. (R5 000 per shareholder, per month is the current amount.
- An AGM is held in November each year to revue the costs and to allocate weekends for the year ahead;
- The company has registered a bond over the property in the amount of R2000,000. Each shareholder is entitled to make use of this bond facility up to a maximum of R250,000 - subject to the provision of adequate and acceptable personal surety. Should this option be exercised, the loan would have to be paid back within 5 years.
