- Kitchen with fitted cupboards, double sink, 2 x Bosch gas stoves and electrical oven, microwave;
- Shareholders storeroom with metal cupboards and space for fridge & freezers.

- Rooms 1 to 3: Three mirror image rooms with double beds and bunk beds;
- Rooms 4-7: Four mirror image rooms with double beds and entrance from the dam side.

RESERVATIONS WORK AS FOLLOWS:
- Reservations for accommodation are made through the Admin Manager who allocates slots depending on availability;
- Guests are permitted, within certain limits, to pre-empt abuse by guests wishing to avoid paying Club Fees;
- Each share allows the use of 2 bedrooms in one reservation. Extra rooms carry a moderate charge of R350 per room;
- Club members use their Transvaal Fly Fishing Club facilities and can gain access to the Shareholder Block at an extra fee if it is available;
- Only one reservation can be made at a time and can be made for three months in advance only. Long weekends are fairly allocated to ensure all shareholders get the opportunity to enjoy them.
RULES:
- Bring your own linen and towels;
- Be registered on arrival;
- Pay a small daily fee to the housekeeper who will make the beds, wash dishes, clean the fireplaces and clean the living areas;
- Shareholders must remove their own rubbish at the end of the stay;
- Comply with both Shareholder and Club rules around the properties and when fishing etc;
- All fish caught whether killed or released must be scrupulously recorded in the ledgers at the Club.
LEVIES:

- An annual farm budget is drawn up every year for the total operating cost of the farm and includes farm salaries, electricity, stocking dams, farm vehicles, petrol, oil, repairs, insurance, security and overall maintenance;
