Particular care has been taken in preserving any historical artifacts on the Estate and keeping the natural forests, grasslands and wildlife as untouched as possible. Some of the activities are available either on the Estate or very close by, include the following:

-With a total game count of over 770, game viewing includes Sable, Blesbok, Zebra, Black Wildebeest, Waterbuck and natural occurring antelope and mammal species.

-Rock climbing in Waterval Boven;
-Fishing and motorised sport on the Kwena Dam;

Monthly levy is approximately R1500.00 and includes maintenance of common areas, roads and security.
The developers are currently conducting a game and cattle farming operation on one part of the Estate, away from the areas where the residential stands are situated. They specialize in rare game species, like Sable antelope. These magnificent antelope can be viewed traversing camps on the farm.
