Self-Catering Venue Dullstroom
This long-standing self-catering venue and established business has three self catering units. The building dates back to 1920, however it is in good condition as it has recently been refurbished.
Situated next to the previously famous Blue Shop and is within walking distance of all the well-known shops and restaurants of Dullstroom.
All the units currently have permanent tenants in. The units were previously popular with regular short term bookings.
Each unit is fully furnished. They all have their own separate entrance and a door leading to an individual private small patio with Weber braai and access to the garden area.
First Unit - Memoir (4 sleeper):
- Open plan area with compact kitchen, dining area, lounge with fireplace. There are two single beds. Bathroom with bath-shower, toilet, basin and a heater;

Second Unit - Romance (2 sleeper):
- This Unit is similar to Memoir and has an open plan living area downstairs that includes the kitchen, small dining area and lounge with a fireplace. It is tiled with a carpet section in the lounge area;
- There is a single bed in the lounge area;
- Bathroom downstairs with bath/shower and wall heater;
- The bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed;
- Additional toilet and basin upstairs;
- Security doors on the front and patio doors.
Third Unit - Peace (6 sleeper):
- Tiled L- Shaped kitchen;
- Dining and lounge area, all open plan and carpeted;
- Breakfast bar in kitchen, four plate electric stove, microwave and double sink;
- Existing plumbing for dishwasher/washing machine;
- Small separate pantry;
- Guest bathroom with shower only, basin and toilet leading off the kitchen;
- First double bedroom is carpeted with built in cupboards, wall heater and en suite carpeted bathroom with shower, toilet and basin;
- Lounge area with fireplace opens onto patio area.
- The area upstairs is carpeted and is very spacious, currently with two queen beds;
- There are cupboards, two skylights and an overhead fan;
- En suite bathroom is carpeted and has shower, toilet and basin.
- Covered carport with parking for three cars and uncovered area that could accommodate another two cars;
