- There is a double garage door in one section and a standard door leading to a second section. There is three phase electricity and concrete floors;
- An additional corrugated iron structure serves as a three vehicle carport, currently used to shelter farm equipment.

Extras

-Security includes an alarm system in the house and in the workshop. There are also burglar bars on all the windows and there are security gates on the external doors. There is a 1,8m fence around the house area;
-No labour live on the farm.

Access:
The farm is situated 7 km out of Dullstroom on the R540 and then has 1 km of gravel road to the entrance.

Water:
-Boreholes: One existing close to the house but not currently in use. Water to the house is gravity fed directly from a spring into a large water storage tank;
-Water rights / Dam Registration: Rights in place to construct a dam with the site identified and marked out and engineered plans;
-Rivers: there are two streams running through the farm, one of which is a tributary of the Lunsklip river;
-There are two plastic tanks located near the house that would be suitable for growing out trout but they are currently not in use.

LAND CLAIM:
A land claim on the whole of Palmietfontein has already been investigated and cleared. The claim is on another farm, Palmietfontein Portion 4, and has been removed as a restitution claim (only visitation rights to an old gravesite were awarded). Awaiting final paperwork.
