Highland Gate is one of the countrys premier Residential Golf Estates spread over 700 hectares of Highveld grassland punctuated by magnificent mountains, ravines and gorges. The highlight of the estate is the 18 hole championship Ernie Els signature golf course. All 455 full title stands are fully serviced and the estate has an excellent services and management team to ensure it is well run and beautifully maintained.

The future of the estate was secured when the well-known developers Century Property Developments took over the estate in December 2012. The investment potential was further boosted with the tarring of Kruisfontein Road providing unprecedented access from Dullstroom in any vehicle.
The estate club house was completed in April 2015 and features a restaurant, bar and childrens play area, the halfway house pub, change rooms and pro shop.

The 455 full title stands range from 770sqm to 1900sqm. The 18-hole golf course has been designed in such a way to make the best of the spectacular natural beauty of the surroundings. A network of eco trails for hiking and mountain biking, trout fishing and excellent birding opportunities are freely available to owners.
Owners have a choice of building their dream home in one of the 3 villages themes (Golf, Country or Fishing) that follows the unique architectural guidelines of the estate.

Location:
Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate is situated 15 km east of Dullstroom, which is an easy two and half hour drive from Johannesburg and lies on the edge of the Steenkampsberg, with spectacular views overlooking the Kwena Basin Conservancy.
