Building
Stand owners are not locked in to a building contract and can choose whom they would like to build their home.

The disturbance area on each stand is limited to a 20m radius from the placed peg in order to minimize the impact of the buildings on the Estate collectively. Architecture

Barnyard Style
It is both rustic and contemporary and features double storey elevations with loft windows, wooden shutters and box shaped bay windows.

The Villages
There are three villages, each themed in one particular style to create a sense of aesthetic harmony. Each stand in each village has been architecturally placed to maximise views and create fluidity in common areas that interlock together with landscaped gardens in a seamless fashion.
